Our dolls are made out of a soft plush material that adhere to all United States toy safety regulations.
Are the dresses removable?
Yes, the dolls dresses are removable. Most 18 inch doll clothing fits our dolls.
What age group are the dolls created for?
We recommend the ages of 3 and up.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Are the dolls machine washable?
Yes, our dolls are machine washable. We recommend washing your doll separately from other items in cool water and letting it air dry.
How long will it take to receive my Wonderfully Made Doll Collection® website order?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (some exceptions may apply). United States orders ship with USPS standard shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days after the 1-2 business days processing time to receive your order. We charge a flat rate of $4.99 per doll to ship anywhere in the USA. There is free standard USPS shipping on all USA orders of $75 or more. International shipping duration is 14-21 days depending on where you are located in the world.
Do you ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties.
I didn’t receive my tracking number. What should I do?

From the moment you receive the tracking number from Mommy & Me Toys please give 24-48 hours for your shipping info to update. If it doesn’t update, please send an email to with your order number and full name.
My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?
If you have received a tracking number and the order has not arrived within three business days after our standard 1-2 business days order processing time (21 days for international) please send us an email to

My doll was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final unless the doll is damaged when it arrives and we are notified via email within 24 hours of delivery.
How do I exchange an item purchased?
Any doll in good condition may be exchanged in 30 days for store credit.
For an Exchange: Simply place a new order for the right item(s). Return the item(s) in original packaging. Once the item(s) for exchange are received a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Item(s) must be in good condition. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
