What are the dolls and action pals made of?

Our dolls and action pals are made out of a soft plush material that adheres to all United States toy safety regulations.

What age group are the dolls created for?

We recommend the ages of 3 and up. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. An order of 10 or more dolls or action pals must be placed to receive the discounted wholesale price. For a quote, please send us an email at Info@Mommyandmetoys.com 

Are the dolls machine washable?

Yes, The Wonderfully Made Doll Collection® is only machine washable all other toy collections are not. We recommend washing your doll separately from other items in cool water and letting it air dry. 

ORDERS/SHIPPING 

How long will it take to receive my website order? 

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (some exceptions may apply). United States orders ship with USPS. Please allow up to 3 business days after the 1-2 business days processing time to receive your order.

Do you ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada?

Yes, we ship to most countries. The recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties. 

I didn’t receive my tracking number. What should I do?

Please send an email to Info@Mommyandmetoys.com with your order number and full name. We will check on the status for you.

 

My tracking number isn’t updating. What should I do?

From the moment you receive the tracking number from Mommy & Me Toys please allow 24-48 hours for your shipping information to update. If it doesn’t update, please send an email to Info@Mommyandmetoys.com with your order number and full name.

My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

If you have received a tracking number and the order has not arrived within three business days after our standard 1-2 business days order processing time (21 days for international) please send us an email to info@Mommyandmetoys.com

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

My doll was damaged when it arrived. What should I do?

Please send an email to Info@Mommyandmetoys.com to get more information on where to send the doll for a replacement.

 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final unless the doll is damaged when it arrives and we are notified via email within 24 hours of delivery.

How do I exchange an item purchased?

Any doll in good condition may be exchanged in 30 days for store credit.

For an Exchange: Simply place a new order for the right item(s). Return the item(s) in original packaging. Once the item(s) for exchange are received a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Item(s) must be in good condition. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.
